mmm..after re-read on telkomsel flash packet term , i found this packet only for KartuHALO that mean you have to filling some data and wait for surveying from Telkomsel people, so i thing i back to IM2 again . coz no need any form filling just buy the starter packing , actived and ready for browsing..
hope IM2 can covered in my location with them 3G or HSDPA
